Templates Location - Powerpoint 2017 OSX/Mac

So here they are, take note and enjoy.

/Users/<username>/Library/Group Containers/<anygivennumber>.Office/User Content/Templates

Please be sure you replace USERNAME with yours.
The "anygivennumber" value will vary from installation to installation, just be sure to select the folder that ends with ".Office"
